What the messages are
Fogarty Services operates many text message communication threads for purposes of notifying various event guests of status changes.
How you opt in
You opt in by attending the event.
No account is created, you are not added to any list, and consent is not a condition of attendance
How often we message
There is no recurring schedule, and we send no marketing or promotional messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the message.
Stopping the messages, and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts. You will receive one confirmation, and nothing after that.

- Reply START to resume messages after opting out.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. Customers who would rather not rely on it can keep the order confirmation screen open — it updates on its own — or simply ask at the counter.
Privacy
Mobile information is used solely to send the order-ready message. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS consent with any third party for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
